Refund Policy

At www.krishnapanditojha.com, we are committed to providing sincere and dedicated spiritual, astrological, and educational services. Due to the intangible, personalized, and interpretative nature of these services, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

By booking a consultation and making any payment, the user expressly agrees to this policy.

1. General Refund Disclaimer
 
All services offered are non-tangible, customized, time-bound, and knowledge-based.
 
Accordingly:
  1.  Refunds are not guaranteed
  2. Payments are made for time, effort, expertise, preparation, and intellectual input, not for outcomes or results
  3. Astrology consultations are provided for spiritual, personal, and informational purposes only Therefore, dissatisfaction based on predictions, personal expectations or outcomes shall not not constitute grounds for refund
This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules.
 
2. Astrology Consultation Services
 
Payments made for astrology consultations  (including call, chat, voice message, video, written reports, or astrological solution and advices) are strictly non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
 
  1. The consultation session has been completed (fully or partially)
  2. A written or digital report has been delivered
  3. Astrological solution, guidance, or interpretations have been shared
  4. Time has been allocated and reserved for the user
 
Exception (Limited):
 
If a consultation cannot be completed solely due to a verified technical failure from our side, the session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
 
No monetary refund shall be issued in such cases.
 
3. Online Services  Booking Policy
  1. Once a  booking is confirmed and preparations are initiated, no cancellation or refund shall be permitted
  2. Services involves advance arrangements including materials, scheduling, and ritual preparation
 
Rescheduling:
  1. One-time rescheduling may be considered if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability
  2. No rescheduling or refund is permitted once astrological service have commenced
 
All services are spiritual in nature, faith-based, and not legally measurable or enforceable.
 
4. Courses, Training & Educational Programs
 
Payments made for any courses, including but not limited to:
 
  1. Vedic Astrology (Basic / Advanced / Pro)
  2. KP astrology
  3. Jaimini Sutram
  4. Numerology
  5. Maha-Vastu
  6. Other Courses

Any other online or offline course are strictly non-refundable once:

  1. Access to videos, study material, recordings, notes, or batches is provided
  2. Login credentials are issued
  3. Any part of the course content is accessed or downloaded
 
Course content is protected under Intellectual Property Laws, and access itself constitutes service delivery.
 
5. Wrong, Excess, or Duplicate Payments
 
Refunds may be considered only in cases of verifiable duplicate or excess payments.
 
Conditions:
 
  1. The user must notify us within 24 hours of the transaction via a proper email with transaction ID and date on krishnapanditojha@gmail.com
  2. Valid transaction details and proof must be provided
  3. Refund shall be processed only after internal verification
 
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 7 to 10 business  days.
 
6. Mode of Refund (If Approved)
 
Refunds approved at our sole discretion will be issued through:
  1. Original payment method used
  2. Bank transfer
  3. UPI
 
We shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party systems.
 
7. No Chargeback & Dispute Clause
 
Users expressly agree that:
  1. No chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes shall be raised after service delivery or access
  2. Any fraudulent dispute, false complaint, or misuse of payment systems may be treated as breach of contract and misuse under applicable cyber and civil laws
 
8. Cancellation by Us
 
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any consultation and services due to unavoidable circumstances, emergencies, or technical reasons. In such cases, the client will be offered either:
  1. A rescheduled appointment, or
  2. A suitable refund, if applicable.
9. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Client
  1. Once a consultation is booked, the client may request cancellation within 24 hours of booking.
  2. After 24 hours, no cancellation, refund, or rescheduling request will be accepted, and the consultation service shall be considered confirmed and non-refundable. 
10. No-Show Policy
 
If the client fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the booking amount shall be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

12. Limitation of Liability
 
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  1. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
  2. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, emotional, or expectation-based losses
13. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction
 

This Refund Policy shall be governed by:

  1. Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  2. Information Technology Act, 2000
  3. Applicable cyber, civil, and contractual laws of India
 
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at District and Sessions Court Buxar, Bihar, India, only.
 
14. Acceptance of Policy
 

By making a payment or availing any service, you acknowledge that you have:

  1. Read and understood this Refund Policy
  2. Agreed to its terms without coercion
  3. Accepted that refunds are limited and discretionary.
