Because consultations, reports, and digital materials are unique and delivered immediately, refunds are limited and only granted under specific conditions as outlined below.


3. Non-Refundable / Limited-Refund Items

  • Personal consultations and bespoke reports: Once a live session or personalized report is completed or delivered, it becomes non-refundable.

  • Instant digital downloads: Files or course access provided immediately after purchase are non-refundable, unless there is a verified technical issue preventing access.

  • Limited-quantity remedial items: These items are generally non-refundable, except when they are defective or substantially different from their description.

  • Change of mind: Refunds are not available for buyers who change their minds, except where required by law.


4. Eligible Refunds — Exceptions

A refund (full or partial) may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The delivered product is materially defective or different from what was described.

  • Client-initiated cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your booked consultation. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) may result in forfeiture of the fee.

  • Provider-initiated cancellations: If we must cancel your session, you may choose between a free reschedule or a full refund.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is filed with your bank before contacting us, your account may be placed on hold during investigation.
If the dispute is resolved in our favor, you will remain responsible for the original charge and any related fees.
