Refund Policy
We aim to provide accurate and dedicated astrology and puja services. However, due to the nature of spiritual and consultation-based services, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Astrology Consultation Services
Payments for astrology consultations (call, chat, video, or report) are non-refundable once:
A session is completed
A report has been delivered
Remedies have been shared
If there is any technical issue or incomplete session due to our side, we will reschedule a consultation at no extra cost.
2. Online Puja Booking
Once a puja is booked and arrangements are initiated, no refund can be provided.
However, puja may be rescheduled once if requested 24 hours prior.
3. Courses
Payments made for:
Vedic Astrology Basic Course
Vedic Astrology Advance Course
Vedic Astrology Pro Course
KP Astrology
Jaimini Sutram
Numerology
Vastu
Other Courses
are non-refundable once access to study material, videos, or batches is provided.
4. Wrong or Duplicate Payments
If you made a payment by mistake or paid twice:
Contact us within 24 hours
Provide transaction details
After verification, the extra payment will be refunded within 5–7 working days
5. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds (only in valid cases) will be issued through:

UPI
